Install and approve access
Install ProductTryOn from its app listing or development install link. Complete its onboarding and product-media requirements before opening the theme editor.
Place the app block
- Open Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Choose the default product template.
- In Product information, select Add block → Apps → ProductTryOn.
- Drag the block beneath Variant picker or Fit note and save.
Configure without lock-in
Use the app’s own settings for eligibility, media, labels, consent, and analytics. Modebook’s native size guide and variant picker remain functional if the app is unavailable or removed.
Test the customer path
- Eligible and ineligible products
- Desktop, iOS Safari, and Android Chrome
- Camera permission accepted, denied, and later revoked
- Variant changes before and after try-on
- Add to cart, accelerated checkout, and cart recovery
ProductTryOn is an optional third-party integration and is not
required to use Modebook.
