What does theme support include?
We help with documented Modebook settings, theme bugs, installation guidance, and compatibility questions. Store design services, custom features, third-party app debugging, and custom code are outside standard theme support, but we can point you toward the right next step.
Why do images look different from the demo?
Theme Store demo imagery is not transferred to a merchant’s store. Modebook uses Shopify image pickers and product media; add your own licensed brand and catalog images after installation.
Does Modebook require ProductTryOn?
No. It is an optional app-block integration. All core catalog, variant, cart, checkout, search, and account flows work without it.
How do updates work?
Theme Store purchases can receive eligible theme updates through Shopify. Always duplicate your live theme before applying an update, especially if you have edited code.
